The House at High Falls - 2.5hrs from NYC & PHL

Beautiful home in a very convenient location. On a busy road but it’s set back. Love that you can walk to the coffee shop in a couple of restaurants. And easy quick drive to the lake and the little town of Hawley.

This place is amazing and has everything you'd want. Very relaxing and plenty of room for everyone. The only dislike was getting in and out of the driveway. Also, the pictures made the house look dark gray but was green. We drove past the driveway a few times wondering if that was it........ once we realize it was the right house it was fantastic. Thanks again!

I want to first begin this review by saying that my group was very excited to stay at this property- the pictures online, the detailed information shared in communication, the fact that the property had been featured in a magazine- it was all very appealing. So here are some positives: •Great check in with key pad entry •Communication- very good •Main floor living area- fantastic. A great highlight for us. •Enclosed porch and deck- loved! Grill was ready for us to use. •All beds very comfy- good linens and plenty of towels. •Location is great- close to so much! The disappointments: •Landscaping is needed for front of home- it could look so much better. •Full disclosure on upstairs bathroom- no full mirror in bedroom- can only see legs. •Bathroom has handheld shower tool- we had to kneel in tub for a “shower”. Disappointed… •3 bedrooms, bottom floor. Main one/beautiful. •Other 2 bedrooms- you have to share a bathroom. •Use of air freshener would be beneficial upon arrival (musty).
